3. In the near future, we plan to begin using an 'article server'. This is a software product that allows other websites to automatically upload content from our website to third-party web pages. This technique increases the exposure of our website, and thus, your content. If your article is featured on this service, we will simply use the introduction section of your article for this purpose. If the reader chooses, he or she may select 'more' to read your article in its entirety.

4. We make no guarantee that you article will be published on this or any other site we publish.

5.  In submitting your article, you grant us a non-exclusive right to publishing your article for an unlimited time period on our family of websites to include www.peopleoffaith.com.  You agree to obtain all permissions that are necessary for the use of material copyrighted by others, and at your own cost.  You agree that there is no fee or royalty payable for the use of your article.  You warrant and represent that you are the sole creator of your work and own all rights to your material and that your work is an original creation.  All disputes arising under this agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration in San Antonio, Texas and shall be settled in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.  The agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
